Pricing for Cash Patients

Transparent Pricing for Uninsured Patients

We provide affordable options for cash-paying patients. Below is a breakdown of our services:

  • New Patient Initial Visit: $150  (Excludes any lab work)

  • Regular Follow-Up Visit: $ 100  (Excludes any lab work)

  • Documentation Fee: $50 (For forms like handicap parking, housing, courthouse, utility assistance, etc.)

Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following payment methods for cash patients and copays:

  • Cash

  • Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

Payment Policy for Insurance Patients

​

  • Copays and any additional fees required by your insurance plan are due at the time of service.

  • If your insurance does not cover a particular service or test, you will be responsible for the balance.
